THE FUTURE OF FITNESS grundar alla sina utbildningsprogram f\u00f6r barn p\u00e5 h\u00f6gt ansedd forskning.<br \/>\nEn av de viktigaste modellerna f\u00f6r idrottsut\u00f6vning f\u00f6r barn som anv\u00e4nds v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver \u00e4r den banbrytande \u2019Long Term Athlete Development\u2019, LTAD, med en r\u00f6relse f\u00f6rst\u00e5ende, ocks\u00e5 kallat \u2019Physical Literacy\u2019. Den \u00e4r baserad p\u00e5 forskning av Istvan Balyi, PhD och Margaret Whitehead, PhD. THE FUTURE OF FITNESS grundare, Kelvin Marsh, har skrivit en bok &#8211; Fr\u00e5n Lek Till Medaljer &#8211; f\u00f6r Svenska Badmintonf\u00f6rbundet som utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n LTAD\/Physical Literacy &#8211; modellen. Boken fokuserar p\u00e5 det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att tr\u00e4na barn fr\u00e5n 6 \u00e5r \u00e4nda upp till vuxen \u00e5lder. Denna bok har f\u00e5tt mycket uppm\u00e4rksamhet fr\u00e5n olika tr\u00e4nare och kommer att anv\u00e4ndas som riktlinje f\u00f6r tr\u00e4nare, f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar och spelare vid utformning av tr\u00e4ningsprogram.
